Our WALK WITH THE ELEPHANTS package at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary offers visitors an enjoyable opportunity to spend quality time with elephants in their natural habitat, Go on an adventure with our rescued elephants! In this program, and gain insight on our rescues. Visitors will set out into the jungle with our rescued elephants and get the opportunity to observe them as they walk through the jungle.
This program is aimed at anyone seeking to learn more about elephants and observe our beautiful rescues as the forage through the jungle.
Upon arrival to the sanctuary, Visitors will be briefed on the day’s itinerary. Once packed, you will set out on your trek into the jungle with your guide where you will find free-roaming elephants and hear their individual stories. You can touch, feed, photograph, and interact with the elephants at your leisure while you learn about their lifestyle and behaviors. Through your trek, you will also get to observe the lush greenery that Phuket has to offer.
Lunch is a delicious spread of home cooked Thai food. If you have any dietary requirements, let us know when you do your booking.
After Lunch, You will do activity same as half day afternoon program. you will learn more about elephants and their different behaviors. You will also assist in preparing the medicinal soil for their consumption. After feeding you will accompany them to a nearby mud spa. Get muddy with the elephants as you apply a healthy cosmetic mud treatment to their skin. Next, you will walk with the elephants to a nearby river and join them in the water for a refreshing bath. Take a swim and help bathe and brush the elephants while they wade through and play in the water.
Once the elephants are clean, you can take some final photos with them, and then it will be time to part ways with your new friend and change into some dry clothes. Finally, eat some snacks and seasonal fresh fruit, after you done at the Sanctuary you can go to Naithon beach to hang out before enjoying once again the impressive rural scenery as you drive back to the hotel.

Visiting the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, the most ethical elephant sanctuary in Phuket, gives curious visitors a unique opportunity to interact with magnificent elephants in the safety and security of their natural home. Our trained English-speaking guides give visitors insight into the behavior and the personal history of our elephants, while our mahouts help people realize incredible life experiences such as bathing elephants in Phuket or feeding them by hand.
6:30-7:30 am Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Phuket.
8:00 am Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket. Enjoy a welcome snack, sip tea or coffee, and learn about elephants as you are given an introduction to our program.
8:15 am Set out into the jungle where you will learn more about our rescues.
11:00 am Eat a meal of traditional Thai food.
13:15 pm Assist with the preparation of natural dietary supplements for the elephants.
13:30 pm Meet the elephants. Feed them and administer dietary supplements as you learn their stories. Play, interact, and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.
14:00 pm Mud spa with the elephants.
14:30 pm Swimming with elephants
15:00 pm Join the elephants in our specially constructed outdoor “Elephant Shower”
15:20 pm Use our facilities to take a (regular) shower, dry off, and change clothes.
15:30 pm Eat a lunch of traditional Thai food, freshly cooked Pad Thai, and seasonal fruit, before saying goodbye to the friendly elephants.
16:00 pm Leave the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and drive for approximately 1 hour back through spectacular island scenery.
17:00-17:30 pm Drop off at your hotel or accommodation.
Our WALK WITH THE ELEPHANTS package accepts a maximum of 15 people per day.
